Fundraiser Eclipse Campout!

Experience this amazing celestial event
and help support a local couple!

The Venue

Three Strands Farm is a 43 acre plot of land located in Lebanon, Oregon.  They are situated 42 miles south of Salem, Oregon. Most importantly, it is situated near the center of the “path of totality”, where the moon’s shadow traces along the Earth during a total solar eclipse.  This makes it an ideal location for this once in a lifetime event, while also supporting a great cause.  Three Strands Farm acts as a beautiful country wedding venue during summer months and has graciously opened up their space to play host to this fundraising event (no weddings will be taking place on the day before or on the day of the eclipse event.)

About The Event

Three Strands Farm Eclipse Fundraiser is a 24-hour event starting at 2:00pm on August 20, 2017 and ending at 2:00pm on August 21, 2017.  100% of ticket sales go towards helping a local couple with their dream of starting a family.  They will be two of your hosts for this event so you’ll get to meet who you are helping support!

Getting Tickets

Tickets are $125 per person, and must be presented at time of entry.  They can either be printed out at home or pulled up on your smartphone.  Tickets can be purchased on our Tickets page.  Please note that tickets are non-refundable, for any reason, once your purchase is completed.

There are limited tickets available!  Only 100 will be sold for this event, and they will go fast!

Included In Ticket Price

Are you ready for this?  In addition to a place to pitch your tent or park your trailer and/or motor home, each person also receives a pair of solar eclipse glasses and:

Chelsea's Country Kitchen

  • Dinner on Sunday, August 20 provided by Chelsea’s Country Kitchen, LLC.  Dinner includes barbecue chicken thighs, macaroni and cheese, assorted chips and green salad.
  • Breakfast on Monday, August 21 provided by Chelsea’s Country Kitchen, LLC.  Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit salad, pastry platter, juice, coffee, and tea.
  • Non-alcoholic beverages including water and soda.
  • Outdoor family friendly movie on Sunday night at dusk with a fire pit, s’mores bar and fresh popcorn!
  • And of course, a great open field  to view the eclipse without obstruction with your family and friends.

Camping and Parking

Parking for vehicles, motorcycles, trailers and motorhomes are all free of any extra charges outside the cost of your ticket.

Camping is first come, first serve and will generally be self-directed.  We’ll show you the perimeters for camping and you decide where to pitch your tent! Wide open stretches of land mean that you may set up camp in any way you see fit, although we ask that you be mindful of your fellow campers and eclipse viewers.

Toilet facilities will be provided by BPT.  However, there are no shower facilities or hook ups for trailers and/or motorhomes.

Decamp

The policy is simple: Leave with what you came with.  Any items left behind will be discarded.  There will be garbage bins available to assist with cleanup.
